Opening this fall in Beavercreek, Ohio a Dayton suburb, a new Oberer Homes/Gold Key 3700 square foot Model, price is $475,263.00. Designers are Gwyn Zimmerman and Andrea Davis. Also this fall, we will be opening our first model home for Cristo Homes of Middletown, Ohio.
